Privacy policy
This site collects only what you choose to send us: through the contact form, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. It has no cookies and no targeted advertising.
What you send us
- When you contact us, we receive what you write, such as your name, business name, delivery address and phone number.
- What you fill in on the contact form (name, phone and a message) is sent to us by email and is not stored on the site.
- We use it only to reply and arrange deliveries.
- We do not sell or pass it on, except where needed to deliver your goods or where the law requires.
Visit statistics
- We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying you: how many visits, which pages, which country and what kind of device.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which briefly keeps technical data such as IP addresses for security.
- A message you send us on WhatsApp goes through a Meta service and is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
Your rights
- You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. We will answer within a reasonable time.
